Our online service is forfilled by the X2tek network, a large buying group that holds £100,000's of stock at anyone time, this allows us to offer you a huge range of products at the lowest prices. Our online distribution system is based in Lincoln and ships hundreds of orders everyday to customers across the United Kindgom. All orders are 128bit Secured, and we never store your cards details on our servers, allowing you to shop in confidence.
Delivery
I need to return an item, how do I do this?
Returning an item to us is a simple process. Simply log into Your Account and find the order you wish to return a product against. View the product in question, and click on the link "return this item". Doing so will send your through the RMA process.
How Long does it take to process a return?
Our aim is to process your return on the same day we receive the item in our warehouse. Sometimes it can take longer, especially if an item needs testing, or we need more details from you. Please make sure you check the return online, viewing any communications we may have made.
Why my order in security checks and how long does it take?
Security checks take place when an order is flagged up due to failing one of our checks. If this is the case, it means we may need further details from you to verify your order is genuine. Please do not be alarmed if your order is flagged up, as most issues can be resolved very quickly.
